This Privacy Policy explains how the Flock Together WordPress plugin, provided by Techtonic Living LLC, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our "In-Flight" SMS onboarding service.

2. Information We Collect

When an administrator initiates the In-Flight onboarding process, we collect the following information via a conversational SMS interface:

• Your professional biography.
• Up to five (5) photos of you for your profile.

Your mobile phone number is provided by your organization's administrator and is used solely for the purpose of this one-time data collection process.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used exclusively to create and update your professional profile on your organization's "Meet the Team" page.

4. Data Security and Storage

We take your privacy seriously. All data transmitted via SMS and stored in our database, including your phone number, conversation history, and photos, is encrypted. Access to this data is restricted to authorized administrators only.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your conversation history and personal data are retained only for the duration of the onboarding process. If you choose to opt out of the service by replying "FLY AWAY," all your collected data, including your phone number, and any photos you have submitted, will be permanently deleted from our system. Once your profile is created, the conversational data is purged.

6. Your Consent

By replying "YES" to the initial SMS invitation, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy. You may revoke your consent at any time by replying "FLY AWAY."
